The Chaudhry Group is currently in discussions with the London Borough of Enfield regarding our proposals to restore and redevelop the site of 198-202 Fore Street. The proposals will allow for the future proofing of a local landmark through a high quality architectural extension whilst maintaining the existing commercial use at street level.
Prior to the submission of a planning application, we would welcome the opportunity to share our proposals and receive comments on them from local residents and businesses.
We have therefore set up this website for you to view the proposals and provide feedback on them.
We shall be holding a consultation event with the local community to share the proposals and answer any questions that you may have on:
Wednesday 22nd February 2023 from 3pm to 8pm at Angel Community Centre, 48 Raynham Road, N18 2JF.
